On July 8, Domsjo Fabriker produced 823,4 tons of dissolving cellulose. This is the highest day production since the mill switch the production to 100% dissolving cellulose. Last record was 806,1 tons on January 10, 2012, according to a press release.
Domsjo's main product, specialty cellulose, is used for the textile material viscose, which is an environmentally sound alternative to cotton and synthetic textile fibres.
