Rottneros signs new agreement with Danske Bank

Under the new agreement between Rottneros and Danske Bank, Danske Bank will take over the operations financing arrangement previously placed with a bank consortium comprising five banks, where Danske Bank was one of the participating banks.The agreement, which enters into force on January 31, does not contain any covenants.
